Armera Privacy Policy

Armera is built private-by-design. Your collection data never leaves your device.

Data Not Collected — everything stays on your iPhone.

Data Collection

Armera does not collect personal data. The app does not require an account, does not connect to any server, and does not operate any backend infrastructure. We do not run analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or crash-reporting services that exfiltrate your data.

Local Storage

Your firearms inventory, ammo lots, range sessions, serial numbers, purchase prices, notes, and settings are stored exclusively on your device using iOS UserDefaults and on-device file storage. Deleting the app permanently and irreversibly deletes this data — it does not exist anywhere else.

Photos

If you add reference photos to a firearm record, those images are stored on your device only. They are never uploaded, synced, or shared with any server.

Notifications

If you enable cleaning reminders, Armera schedules local notifications on your device. These are generated and delivered entirely on-device and are not routed through any Armera server.

Purchases

The optional one-time Premium unlock (armera_lifetime) is processed by Apple through the App Store. Armera does not receive or store your payment card details.

Children

Armera does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children. No data is collected from any user.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date.
